PantryKit Terms and Conditions

By using the PantryKit app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Terminology

“Client”, “You”, and “Your” refer to you, the person using this app and compliant with these terms. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our”, and “Us” refer to our company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us” refer to both the Client and ourselves.

License

Unless otherwise stated, PantryKit and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material in PantryKit. All rights are reserved. You may access content for personal use subject to these restrictions:

  • Do not republish material from PantryKit.
  • Do not sell, rent, or sub-license material from PantryKit.
  • Do not reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from PantryKit.
  • Do not redistribute content from PantryKit. This Agreement begins on the date you first use the app.

Food Safety Disclaimer

PantryKit and the tools on this website provide estimated shelf-life and expiry information for general guidance only. They are not a substitute for your own judgement, official food-safety advice, or the dates printed on packaging. Storage conditions vary, and estimates cannot guarantee that a food is safe to eat. Always inspect food before consuming it, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and when in doubt, throw it out. We are not liable for any illness, loss, or damage arising from reliance on these estimates.

Subscriptions

PantryKit offers an optional auto-renewing Premium subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account, and your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

Content Liability

We are not responsible for any content that appears in your app experience. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims arising from your use.

Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our app and its use. Nothing in this disclaimer will limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability not permitted by law to be limited or excluded. As long as the tools and information on this website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.
